When I test drove it it was fine but a day later I got stuck at a light because the throttle was not responding at all and a red wrench light came on. I looked in to it and everything was pointing to the tb. I looked up what the voltage should be set at and ended up setting it at 1.26 (it was at 1.38). Now if I start the car it has the light on and throttle won't respond and its idling really rough. I'm not sure what to do next?? Please help me out.

A quick scan will/should show the problem. There was an issue like this at the shop just with a stock tb and turned out to be cam or crank sensor, can't remember for sure but don't take to throwing parts at it. Get it scanned.

Yes that's possible but more often than not, it's the actuator mechanism on the throttle body that fails on the BBK and the best solution is usually to go back to stock.
The best way to find out is to disconnect the intake pipe and have an assistant observe the throttle blades while you slowly depress the gas pedal to the floor and release with the ignition on and engine off.
