'65 200 6cyl to 289 8cyl conversion

I have a bone stock virgin '65 Mustang coupe that is in excellent condition however the original 200 six is leaking & burning oil. The head has been rebuilt once with hardened springs and that's been it. The question I have is the car is a factory 4 speed and I have a rebuilt #'s matching 1965 289 V8 engine to go in the car. What is involved in switching engines?

quick answer: new motor mounts, bell housing, front & rear suspension/brakes, and good bit of time
