That sounds like all you'll need too put it on your car, i'd add a h pipe kit too it too add TQ. But it sounds like a good setup and i've seen it done and sounds really good. I put something simular on my 66 coupe. I added a set of Flowtech long tube headers (1 5/8" primarie tubes with 3" collectors), custom 2.5" H pipe into a set of 2.5" flowmaster muffers that have the inlet and outlet on the same side and pipes running out the sides like the shelby kit. My cars got a fairly stout 302 / 4 spd toploader combo. I dont know how much this helped but just giving you ideas.
