I have a set of Mustang Plus 620lb springs I purchased a few years ago for a 67 mustang. I now have a 65 I am looking to rebuild the front end on. Will these springs work for the 65?

yes. just need to trim them down. I had the same issue and started right off the bat by cutting one whole coil off then installing and fine tuning from there.
fyi-

I ended up cutting the one whole coil that I did before I installed them plus another 3/4 coil to get it to my ride height. I have 17x8 wheels with 225/45/17 tires and it sits even with the top of the tire
