Have a 65 coupe with the blue interior. It's a little too plain for me. Has anyone did a two toning with black, like black door panels, black upholstery trimmed with blue, ect? Since the dash is black with blue trim just thought it might work to carry out that theme. Whadda ya think?

i did a dark blue to blue white pony deal. except i used standard white door panels with blue doors and blue and white pony seats. light blue carpet. its easy to just change the door panels and go with a pony or custom seat upholstry to really set it apart.

I did the same thing with my interior. I have the palamino color, which was way to plain for me. I went the cheap route though and instead of replacing door panels, etc. I used vinyl paint. Worked great. Usually when I tell people I painted it, they're suprised and think it looks like the real deal. The paint is pretty durable, too.

I think the blue/black would look better than blue on its own.
