So i've done the swap to 351w in myh 65 mustang with headers from cjponyparts.com and i'm wonder what exhaust to get. I need help on size of piping and mufflers. Anyone have any input on this?
thanks!

The factory exhaust, single or dual, on the 351 was 2.25". You can get that on an otherwise stock 65-66 dual system. You can also set up to 2.25" and 2.5" systems that are almost identical to the stock system, and use the stock hangers, but have either turbo or Flowmaster mufflers.

My preference with headers is to use a stock H-pipe, and cut it down.

I am opting for the Magnaflow system. I should be ordering it in the next couple of weeks, I will let you know my thought on it when it comes in. It looks like a nice system.

i don't have the part number but it's the swap headers for 351w in a 65 mustang. if you do a search on their website you'll find them.
They fit really really close and i'm having issues with my clutch cable fitting around them to my T5. i might have to go hydraulic clutch.
