I JUST FOUND THIS SITE. I AM RESTO MY 65 CONV FOR THE 2ND TIME, FIRST WAS 1983. SOME TIME BACK I READ AN ARTICLE FROM SOMEONE WHO HAD INSTALLED FRONT SEATS FROM A CHRYSLER SEBRING. I CANT FIND THE ARTICLE NOW SO DOES ANYONE REMEMBER IT, OR BETTER STILL, HAS ANYONE DONE IT. IT WOULD BE A GREAT FIT FOR THE CONVERTIBLE SINCE THE SEAT BELTS ARE PART OF THE SEAT PACKAGE. ELIMINATES THE NEED TO UNHITCH THE SEAT BELTS WHEN SOMEONE WANTS TO GET IN THE BACK SEAT.
THANKS,

I've got a set of those Sebring seats I bought a few years ago with the same idea but I never used them. If anyone is interested in them let me know.

WHY DID YOU DECIDE TO NOT USE THEM?

I bought these for two reasons. First, I used to have a sebring convertible and one of the seats had a bit of a mark. I also thought I might use them in my 67 mustang convertible project. I ended up selling the sebring and didn't need the seats for that. The 67 project took a different turn and became a shelby tribute restomod, so the seats, while nice for a convertible, didn't match the theme of the car. They have been packed away in my basement for sometime. If you're interested let me know!
