So long as you have Small Block Windsor Bell Housing, any T5 will bolt right up:

Ford T5 Aluminum Bellhousing - Modern Driveline

Ford T5 Aluminum Bellhousing: direct bolt-up TremecT5 behind 289, 302, 351w, 351c, 5.0L , No adapter required cable Hydraulic or mechanical actuation.

The only thing you need to be wary of if it's a swap is that the 302 flywheel is 50oz and the 351 is 28oz, stock, respectively.

Putting a T5 behind a 351W can be a disaster waiting to happen if it makes decent power and you put good tires on the car. If you are buying new I’d get a TKX and if you can find one an SROD bell housing. I have TKO with that bell housing behind the 351 in my T-Bird and fits great.
