When do you use tape on threads? What about the heater hose fittings into water pump (pic 554) & into intake manifold (pic 559)? ... the vacumm line into distributor (pic 411) and into carb (pic 921)? ... the vacuum modulator line into the intake manifold (pic 922)?

If in doubt....

Put tape on it, to my limited knowledge it can`t hurt anything even if it don`t need it.
