Don't forget your underdash wiring and engine compartment wiring also need to be changed (not just the dash).

I really want a tach, but I also really want an oil pressure guage and an ammeter. Don't want to hack the console or anywhere else, so I'm still looking for options that aren't tacky.
I'm playing with the idea of putting a '68 oil pressure guage in the clock hole, it's the same size and such and would look oem unless someone knew better.
Edbert said:JME units are very nice. But you can make your own. I made mine for about $500.00 and that was the cost of the Autometer gauges and wiring, I splurged on the speedo and spent twice as much as necessary, so you can probably do this for ~$350-$375 if you try to keep costs low.
