67 Mustang, with the 302 want to convert auto back to the original manual

We bought a 67 coupe with a 302 originally it was a standard car. Somebody put an automatic in it now I want to convert it back to a top loader 4 speed. I have the four speed. It’s the right shaft for a small block, but I’m wondering which way to go and finding the parts as far as either a Z bar or should I go hydraulic as far as the throw bearing? I also need the original or right speedometer cable and gear. Where is a good place to look for parts,I still have the original pedals in the car for the manual

The first question, is this an older style block, or a newer 302 without the boss for the clutch z-bar?
