The fastback is almost down to nothing but sheetmetal. It will soon get put on the spit after some structural panel replacement. If anyone needs pics of hard to see parts or reference pics post a request.http://shawnr.home.apex.net

are you gonna do the quarter panels? do they need to be replaced? if so could you show us some step by step pics? I have to do mine and was gonna get the new replacements

I have to replace the passenger quarter due to a wreck at some point in it's life. I was going to use the full quarter panel replacement. I will be sure to take pics when I start that.

that would be great cause I have never seen it done and would like to see what is involved I have done half quarters b4 but I really wanna do the full ones also do you know if they come with the door jamb also? step by step pics would be great if thats not asking too much, thanks!

The full rear quarters have a lip that wraps around the door jamb and goes all the way back to the lip on the tail light panel. The existing quarter has to be cut at the ridge (fin)going down the top of the quarter.

I have pics of a quarter replacement on my project. It is not the 'full' panel, but I seamed it at the beltline. It did go from the jamb to the tail panel though. The full panel would have included the roof side section and trunk lip.

I have alot more pictures if you need to see anything in great detail.
