Will 2023 (Non-Handling Pack) Mach 1 Wheels Fit A 2013 Mustang GT OK?

I've owned 10 Mustangs in my lifetime, but on Thursday I'm flying down to Houston, TX to pick up my first ever S197 Mustang, a 2013 GT I bought recently. I haven't even seen it in person yet, but I see in the pictures its got a number of mods done to it (Boss 302 intake; Steeda cold air intake, etc), including S550 California Special wheels and 275/40R19 tires. I live in Akron, OH and unfortunately I'm going to have to drive this car all winter long, as it's going to be only vehicle, and I'm unable to afford anything else.

Because of that, I purchased a set of high-performance snow tires for it - a set of Yokohama Blue Earth Winter V905 tires in a 275/40R19 105W (the same physical size as what's currently on there). I noticed last week that The Tire Rack lists the recommended wheel width for those tires in this size as 9"-11", and I believe those California Special wheels are only 8.5" in width. So, I'm looking for a set of wheels to buy for my snow tires.

I really like these 2021-2023 Mach 1 non-handling pack wheels (I actually had a 2023 Mach 1 I bough brand-new with these wheels, but had to sell it after I decided to divorce my ex), and I want to know if they'd fit my 2013 without any issues. I can get them in a kit from Ford Performance the includes (4) wheels (19"x9.5" front/19"x10" rear), and a TPMS sensor/re-calibration tool kit (if I'm not mistaken, those TPMS sensors won't work on an S197 Mustang, correct?) for a pretty good price (currently on sale).

Anyone know if I can run these wheels on my 2013 with the 275/40R19 tires, and not have any problems? Do I need different lug nuts with S550 wheels, or do standard S197 lug nuts work with S550 wheels? And, lastly, I'm going to need TPMS sensors for an S197 Mustang, right?

The 19"x9.5" front wheels have a backspacing of 6.90" and an offset of +40mm; the 19"x10" rear wheels have a backspacing of 7.58" and an offset of +52.5mm.

I get these wheels aren't as light as some aftermarket wheels, but I'm EXTREMELY picky about looks, and I'm on a tight budget. I have to go with what I can afford.

First pic is the wheel I want to buy for my 2013 (picture is of the actual Mach 1 I used to own), and the 2nd pic is of the 2013 GT I'm picking up on Thursday. Third pic is of another Ford Performance wheel I like that comes in the same type of kit - exact same specs as the Mach 1 wheels.
