A couple things, first how do you get the inside mirror apart? if I pry an harder somethings going to break, the little cover with the day-night lever looks like it sould come off but I can't get it lose.

Is there any place to get replacement mirror glass? Id like to replace not only my interior rear view but both my Mach 1 race style mirrors. I can't find them anywhere, do you have to get them cut at a glass shop?

There is a phillips screw inside the housing accessible when the mirror goes all the inward. You can slide the mechanism out without removing the control from the cables, which I hate to do. The control detaches from the door panel by unscrewing the nut that surrounds the lever. The rectangular chrome bezel in 69 is part of the door panel. You can get the replacement glass from Glazier Nolan.
