ok so ive taken the time to get my heater box out of the car by removing the dash and looking itno a few glitches in my system. one of the things ive found is that while my blend door is in tact, the other, smaller door, is no longer in place. the shaft is that hooks up to the vacuume motor is there but it has no door. ive searched for it but cant seem to find it. So im thinking to fab one up. does anybody have a heater box laying around that they can pop open and shoot me a pic of how it looks?
btw i figure this is why air is always coming through my defrost vents. the faster you drive , the more air comes through the vents and once the car is warmed up the air is always hot!
