If I won the lottery I would buy the ball then Smash it! like when the ps3 And the XBOX 360 came out there was a guy who smashed them . HAHAHAHAHA.

He only has to pay the tax once. Like income tax on the perceived value of it. Basically, the government is FORCING him to sell the ball, so that they can get the taxes from the sale. That SUCKS!!!!!
