Other than losing cruise control, anyone know if an 85, 86 or SVO style three spoke steering wheel will bolt up to my tilt steering column in my 87?

Bolt right up in your 87(direct swap).. Had one in my 88GT..

where did you find that ....people will pay up to $300 for that wheel on ebay
