My chilton manual says 70-90 i believe but just reassuring myself after googling the torque specs for the power steering/AC bracket to head and few other stuff and came upon this page:

also it seems as if the balancer bolt's specs and the pulley bolts definitely are different specs. I will recheck my book to see which one it says 70-90 for.
