86 gt sitting

change oil, Prime oil pump, drain and replace the gas (if you can call 16 year old gas - gas anymore) I would maby try and move the crank back and forth a little with a jhonston bar to maby help keeping it from spinning a bearing. make sure the plugs are not all rusted by now. And maby squirt a little lube down each cyl when the plugs are out.

when you change the oil use a thin oil to replace until you get it running. When doing my 82 Capri several years ago I spun the motor without plugs until it built oil pressure. Then I replace the pugs and fired her up. It smoked and ran like **** but after it warmed up things fell back in to place.

squirt a little oil in the spark plugs holes and turn the motor over by hand a few times.

First time you crank it with the starter, unplug the coil wire and turn it over so it won't fire. Do that for maybe 10-15 second bursts (let the start cool between then) and then try to live crank it over

I will post pic at a later date . It is dusty on the outside ,and the inside is a-1 . It was never in the snow and only once in the rain . I will be moving it to my house in a few days .But must first find out what to do before I start it up.
