If I have a 65mm TB and I want yto get a nass air conversion kit that comes with the stock sizemm mass air sensor...Do I need to trash the mass air sensor and install a 70mm sensor to prevent bottleneck?

What should I do forget the whole thing? It's an 86 engine with full exhaust and the little stuff...
