'88 5.0l Lx - A/c Problem

[SADL UP]

Compressor seems to work fine, and the air blows cold....but only out of the vents in the footwells. I'm assuming it may be a blend door problem...either a vacuum leak / disconnect, or maybe there's a servo motor that operates the door that has gone bad? Any ideas?

Check all the vacuum lines behind the dash. Sounds like one of them came loose/broke/cracked, etc.
