Sorry I haven't posted i a very long time but I've googled my brains out and need some help. I removed the windshield to fix some rot and have no issues with the side or cowl moldings but I have having issues finding any information on how to re-install the two piece top molding (where the convertible top meets the windshield frame) When I removed them there was this, no other words to describe it, hard crusty gunk that looked like it might be some sort of sealer between the molding and the windshield frame. Well the frame is all fixed and painted and the new glass is being installed on Monday (12-7). Any help would be appreciated.
