I have an 89 mustang gt convertible that is currently gray interior. I am doing a black conversion. I have purchased some parts, and painted/dyed the others. The front door panels and rear interior quarters have carpet at the bottom. I want to put vinyl where the carpet is, this is the lower part of the door. The section is probably 4-6 inches of carpet. I have purchased the vinyl. I just need to know who to install it for the best look. What glue, screws, etc to use to get it to look its best.
What glue, adhesives, screws etc should I use to attach the vinyl to the bottom of my door panels and the bottom part of the rear interior quarters? Any suggestions, application instructions, steps, pictures if you have done this, etc would be greatly appreciated.
