Hi all,

I have a 94 Mustang GT. I want to get more mods for my car but I'm wondering if 90000 miles is getting to high. I was thinking of buying a supercharger this summer but now I'm wondering how this will work out with my miles. Dunno if I should just leave my car as it is or add mods to it. I should have it for another 3 years. Engine is in good condition too.
The supercharger isn't the only mod I want to do, just my fav

Welcome! Plenty of people on here have over 100k on their cars with the stock blocks (if not heads and everything else). I don't think you would have any problems, but as Ernie (Seth5.0) can attest, it all depends...
Also why are you only going to have it for three years? If this is the case, and you are going to sell it after that, I wouldn't put the money into it (heads, boost, ect.) because you won't see much extra in the sale. I.E. $3000 for a supercharger kit MIGHT get you an extra $1000-$1500 when you sell the car. Smaller mods would be better i.m.o.

I dident even start to mod my car until 75-85K on the clock. Everything you see in the sig has been added since then and most of it past 100K. Theres alot more mods in the near future that havent yet been installed. All depends on how the car was taken care of. Mine may have almost 120K on the clock now but the way the motor feels it only got like 70K of actual wear and tear.

163,000 miles on my stock shortblock, just put heads and cam on a couple weeks ago. The engine doesn't use any oil and the cylinder walls looked great, plenty of cross hatchings.

My 86 had 104K on it before I started modding. I supercharged it also. The car had no problems up to the time I sold it. My 95 has 174K on it now, and I'm still modding. I say go for it. If you supercharge, just watch your air fuel mix.
