I have read the many posts about the fuel pump circuitry and have tested the various components in the circuit. Each component tests fine but the pump isn't running. If I use a jumper from the relay to ground the pump will run each time I turn the key. If I remove the jumper, nothing happens. My belief is that the ECM is bad and not supplying ground. Has anyone else had this problem? I tested the wire from pin 22 through the EEC tester and to the relay and the wiring is good. Would there be anything else that would keep my pump from priming when I turn the key? All help is greatly appreciated. Jason C
