Yes, but it WONT fit under the stock strut bar (if you have one). My steeda one clears fine though.

The '93 Cobra intake will even fit under the stock hood, but the TB PCV tube will rub a hole in the hood blanket if you don't remove the blanket.

but tim i got the r hood now plus a 1'' spacer

I run that 93 intake with a 1/2" spacer and the R hood....You got plenty of room...I have alot of clearance above mine..

Reagan, I didn't know you had the spacer until this morning! With the Cervini's Cobra R hood you'll be GTG like Andy said. Do you have the bolts for the 1" spacer? It'll be a PITA to find the 5\16-18 x 8" hex bolts for the two tallest bolts in the upper intake with a 1" spacer. Andy put up a website for bolts earlier, but you might want to check Lowe's jsut in cast as that's where I found my 5\16-18 x 7" hex bolts for my 93 cobra intake.
