94-95 GT or V6

alright, i have said this in past threads...but i am looking for a different car, a 5-speed. so i thought i should go for a 94 or 95 5.0 5-speed, but going on this forum and such, i think i'd miss having the 6, am i loony or is this normal?

Actually 94-5 was a bad year for mustangs acrossed the board

the sixers had the head gasket problem and the 8s had a terrible ping caused by an over zealous ECU tune

Go GT period.

8 cyl > 6 cyl no matter how you slice it. If I were to get a new mustang, it'd be a 5.0, but I'd also take a 4.6 if I got it for a good price. There's alot of good info in the 94-95 forum that will help diagnose the "common" issues with the 5.0. If you can find one in decent shape with decent miles, jump on it.

the 5.0 is cheap to make fast but stock are dogs..... if you want a fix me up from paint/interior/motor then get a 5.0 if you want soemthing thats gonna look good or is in good shape but wont be as fast... not nearly... with out quite a bit of work then get the v6
