Hello all.. this is my first post on here. Just bought a 1980 Ford Thunderbird which was my first car back in 1999 so clearly I'm going through a midlife crisis.
Regardless, I have plans for this car and as far as this post is concerned I am looking to swap the entire brake system. I'm more or less looking to confirm that I have the correct parts via my research front the correct vehicles.
Fronts- Cadillac ATS Calipers on cobra rotors
Rears- Taurus calipers on sn95 rotors
If you could please double check that my parts listed below are correct and please help me out with any more parts I'd need. Thanks in advance.
Spindles (sn95)
13" front rotors (sn95 cobra)
4 piston front calipers from Cadillac ATS using s&s engineering kit
Brake booster (95 mustang v6)
Master cylinder 1 1/16" bore (95 mustang v6)
Rear caliper bracket- Cardone 141028- (98 mustang)
Rear calipers (93-98taurus)
Rear rotors (sn95)
Am I wrong on any of these or missing anything?
Also is there some preferred brake fluid to use?
