The A/C started blowing hot air so I figured it needed to be recharged. When I put the gauge on the low port it read 220 PSI. I also noticed the clutch not engaging. Any suggestions as to why this is happening?
You also need to jump out the clutch to get it to engage, then take your readings, but you really should use a set of gauges with high and lower pressure readings
I'm having a similar problem. I jumped it at the firewall at the high pressure switch and the clutch didn't engage. checked the fuses in the fuse box and under the dash. none were burnt out. I'm at a loss.
