don't know if this is the forums or not but.... anyway, I have a 94 mustang gt with an aode automatic. I am prepping to do a 99 t5 swap. I can put it in but my concern is the electronics, my brother did the same with an older t5 and a bunch of stuff didn't work. was wondering if someone out there had done it before and gotten the electronics right.

Electronics, you will need a 94-95 mustang 5.0 tranny harness and T4M0 computer.

That 99 t5 uses and electronic vss speedometer sensor, not the gear driven sensor of your 94.
I believe a dallas speedcal can be used to correct the 99 vss signal.

Also, the 99 t5 has a different tailhousing then the 94-95 t5.
It will need to be replaced with a 94-98 (?) Tailhousing.
Also will need a 94-95 5.0 t5 bellhousing.
