95 5.0 in a 93

i found a really good deal on a 95 302....my question is will it work in my 93....i know it has coil packs instead of a distibutor but other than that idk....so will it work or not??

No it does not have coil packs. It will work. Amongst differences are the timing chain, accessories and intake.

It will work fine though.

thanks.....is the flywheel, clutch and pressure plate the same?? also is it hypertonic pistons or forged??

Yes yes and yes. It does come with Hypereutectic pistons.

I think the cam has a less agressive profile then the forged pistons 5.0's?

The forged piston 5.0's cam profile changed throughout the run. I'm more conversant with the SD cams (versus the '93 hyper motor the poster has).

I'd have to look up specs to see how a '93 cam and a 95 cam compare (the 94-95 processors are real finicky with cam swaps so it wouldnt surprise me if the stock cam is kinda bland).
