Turn signals stop working when tilt wheel is brought down 3 notches. Guessing a short, just wondering if common problem, and repair difficulty, cost.
TIA

I'd first check where the harness plugs into the multi function (turn signal) switch. It's possible that one of the spade connectors in the harness plug is corroded and or otherwise has a bad connection. A simple cleaning may solve the problem as long as the connection has not heated up enough to melt anything.
