ok been workin on a 95 GTS and im putting it back together for paint then off to get it inspected but here is my problem.. the horn wont blow.. now i've checked all wire for breaks with my multimeter and all are good, clockspring is brand new and its wires are good as well (also checked with multimeter) the fuse is good and connection to fuse is good, i switched out the relay 3 times all with brand new relays and checked the relays, the problem im having is from the relay to the horn im not getting power. i hot wired the horn to make sure they are good but no sound... ok so ive got bad horns but im still not getting power to the horn itself from the relay. the relay isnt clicking or anything. nayone ran across something like this before? like i said i checked every wire with multimeter for continuity and all are good but when i press the horn im not getting any power to the horn from the relay (yes relay is good)
