95 wont start...

I just bought a 95 3.8 l mustang and it had been sitting for awhile so it need to be jumped to start it. Now when i turn the key nothing happens no lights, radio or anything just a clicking noise from the trunk. I just replaced the battery and still nothing. It wont jump start or even try to turn over. Battery cables seem fine. Terminals aren't corroded or anything. Any ideas?

Measure the voltage at the battery. Post. Measure the voltage as the key is turned on. Post. Measure again in start.

Turn the head lights on. Are they bright? What happens to the headlights as the key is turned to start?

Measures at 12.5 v for every position. headlights do not turn on. nothing electrical works except the key dinger when you leave the keys in the ignition, no dome light or anything.

I found it thank you. There was a broken ground wire going to the starter and i cleaned all the electrical connections, put it all back together and it started right up.
