While browsing the net at work...shhh! I figured I would spend some of my tax refund.

I came across this RAM Air kit for a Mustang.

http://www.mustangtuning.com/maramairki9g.html

Has anyone heard anything about them? They worth it or just Junk?

Compared to a CAI system, which is better.

Go for it....you seem to be on a worthless mods trend already with a C&L CAI / K&N and a stereo.

Serioulsy though, if you've got money to spend on your ride and want the best performance bang for you buck, sink some money into a set of gear for your rear end first. You've get more out of them, than you will out of any of the other mods you've done....and far more than any second rate Ram-Air set up will get you.

Unless you spend most of your time accelerating form 80-100mph, it's a waste. It also turns your air filter into a dryer bag that has to be cleaned very frequently.

It's hard to dyno something like that, due to the ramming air portion of it. However, I heard a lot of problems with water and that kit. So much that its really damaging and not worth it
