96 cobra brakes/rotors--- direct rear swap for 95 rear brake setup?

Just like the title says. i know a kid getting rid of his 96 cobra, so he said we could swap the rear brakes if they are applicable before he trade it in.

relax!
before you jump to conclusions, the motor needs rebuilt and he is trading it in "as-is". it will be traded in (at the dealership he works at, so its known!), then scrapped or parted out anyway.
