hello everyone
i wanted to know if i took the rear out of a 96gt would i have alot of problems mating it to my 93 4 cyl? a friend of mine just smashed up his stang so i can get it really cheap. am i looking at more problems then it would be worth? i think it has the 3.27 gears but i do know it is a possi.

think the stock master cylinder would mount up in to my 93? i think i can take care of the brake lines. i don't do much wrenching my self but i am trying to learn.

also what kind of probs would i have if i just bolted it up to the sock 93 cyl master cylinder ?

Also, you should know that the 96 GT is at least 1" wider on each side. Depending on which wheels and tires you run, this could cause rubbing on the fender. Also, your car will look funny with 4lug wheels on the front, and 5lug wheels on the back. ;)

well the 4 lug front is not a big deal i am going to swap it over to a 5 lug when i do a big brake kit anyways. i was just thinking of the better rear along with the possi and the 5 lug done for me.

I had a 7.5" (thought it was an 8.8 at the time) in my old 87 gt clone project. It was roughly 1" wider on either side, i had 245 55 r16s on the car, no rubbing problem. The added width made it look cool as hell too
