How you doin all...
I got a 97 cobra with a vortech V1 S-TRIM blower. I have no audio upgrades except for the standard MACH system.
Upgraded fuel system...yada yadi...
Anyway... this is the main problem:
The car will NOT stay on under 1k rpm, it will shut off if i dont keep giving her gas.
Also, I put in a brand new battery and installed a tested/rebuild alternator... and the POSITIVE wire STILL gets hot(it got hot before as well).
Anyway the car has 45k miles, the blower on her was there since 10k.
NOWWWW on to the knock.
She has a slightttt knock coming from the driver side valve cover. And it only happens at 2500-2600rpm+, but not under.
I am at a COMPLETE LOSS...
PLEASE HELP!
PS: I ran codes, nothing came up. I tried a lot of the simple stupid things that may happen, and everything came up to check.
