98 GT Convertible - Replacing Front Driver Side Window?

Does anyone have a write up on how to change the window glass on the driver side of a 1998 Mustang GT Convertible. I heard that the door panel is tricky to get off, so I'd rather have some instructions.

I've got my door panel off and the liner off. I can't figure out what to do next.

Anyone??
