there was a paint defect with the black cars it seem the primer starts
to react with the heat from the sun and couses the black paint to
split the spits or cracks look like scratches but if you look at it closely
you can tell the paint is cracking.
My friend just bought a 99 SVT last week for $9,500. It was 'totaled' from a rear end collision, but the guy that owned it was a body guy and fixed it all up himself. The car looks beautiful! The clock has 58k and everything is in great mechanical order. As far as I'm concered that's still a pretty decent deal.
