99 Cobra questions

I have been browsing this forum for a few months and have realized that a lot of you really know what you are talking about. I want your guys' opinions on a few things. I can feel the original stock clutch in my car slipping so I want to get a new one. What clutch do you guys recommend for my setup, you can see my mods in the sig below. (price is really not an issue) I also want to know what you guys recommend I get done to get more power. I want to keep the car N/A, but I want more power. Thanks in advance for your help.

I'd recommend the Spec stage 2 or OEM '03 Cobra clutch.

What is your intent for the car. I see you are going to stay n/a, but will you be going to the track? Running slicks? High RPM dumps?

If not, stick with the original OEM clutch. They went to an 11" clutch (is that right? Having a moment ) starting in 99 and it can hold some power. That's what I'm running right now at my power level. Reason I suggest this....if you just plan on keeping this as a street driven car basically, why give up any drivability.

There are other clutches people will recommend, I'm just giving 1 of many opinions. Welcome to the forum.

Yes, the OEM clutch is a beast. It is easily the hardest clutch I have driven. It is even harder than the Z06 I test drove before I bought my cobra.

Sorry I am not the kind of guy that likes to do what everyone else does. This is my show car for now, until the Aviatar I just ordered arrives. Then I will be selling the rims and making this more of a race car. I have throughly enjoyed smoking all kinds of cars even with the 20's. I had Steeda 18' ultra lites on it before but I got bored with those. I dont think the 20's even made my car slower, less spinning. Anyways, you should see the chicks reaction when you do a burn out contest on some 20's.

I love my clutch. So much better than OEM. Pedal is even easier!
