99 gt wont start...HELP!

left lgiht is flashing and i did re adjust column

I found that if I readjusted the column with the key on, it didn't change anything.
If I turned the key off, adjusted the column and then turned the key back on,
the car would usually start. Sounds like you either have a problem with the
wiring in the column or the PATS system is not recognizing the chip in the key...

pats system has to recognize the key if it starts the first two times...i think its the wiring in the colum because every so often i turn the car on last year the left blinker would blink and i had to mess around the handle to get it to go off

I bet you fed the electrical gremlins after midnight and now look at your situation, they've got your blinker blinking all by itself.


Time to do the classic ford wiggle test.

lol yea i guess so...this has me so frustrated that it works fine before it warms up then after its warm and i try to start it no of course it wont start...
