i have a 98 gt and i was wondering when you swap heads do have to change the heads intake and cam and then reflash the computer or can you just swap the heads?

The newer heads come with cams installed (unless you buy them used from a jagoff that's copped them). You've gotta change the heads and intake, along with all the associated hardware, gaskets, etc. No, you don't need to reflash the computer.

You can get a kit for like 1600 to 1800 not including install.

When I had it done a few years ago, I think the whole thing was about $2400, but that included some shorty headers too, which you'll do if you take the heads off. Check out RysRedGT's threads...he just did a DIY install.
