Are they a good head to get and put on a non PI engine? If so what else is there that I would need for the swap other than the PI intake?

well you really would not have to buy pi cams if they did not come with the heads. 90% sold come with cams. If you get 99-00 mustang gt pi heads you would need new valve covers and a few new bolts for the timing cover. Also 99-00 pi cams have pressed on cam gears, so if you want to swap out the cams later on you would need them too.

also with windsor heads (99-00) you need two diff timing cover studs and a set of timing cover bolts that you wont need with romeo heads

So I wouldn't need a new front timing cover, but just the bolts. Where do I get the bolts?
