Today i turned on the A/C and it came out where teh heat usually comes out (by windshield AND floor), i turned it to 'vent' and same thing happened, the other day it was coming out of the reg. place (front 4 vents that point directly at you)

Anyone know what could cause this

Check the small vac lines that run from the firewall tree over to the passenger side of the car in the engine bay. If all is well then you'll need to crawl up under the dash and check the vac lines there as well (where they run through the firewall to the diaphram motor).

Iv'e had one or two of those myself. Get a short length of 1/4 in. rubber vac line and slide the two broken ends in each side. Good as new.

I slid a larger piece over my hose when it broke, THEN electrical taped the crap outta it. It's held up for over a year now. I just posted some pics of the line for gcom over on the 94/95 side about an hour or so ago. lol

Yeah mine broke at the A/C label on the firewall tree. A big hose comes off of it and a smaller line (like you said) slides in it. I accidently pulled it out and just put it back in after I had the same problem.
