I recently had an issue with my A/C. a couple days agoI had it on the second setting and as I was coasting to a stoplight the car died out on me. I gave it a sec and then tried to restart it but no good. The battery light came on and luckily I was right next to a mechanic shop so the guy gives me a jump and off I go.
I check my battery periodically and last time I checked it was a couple weeks ago and it was fine. I do noticed that the car will bog at a stop when I have the A/C on but this is the first time I've had it completely die on me.
If I don't use the A/C I never have the bogging issue. Anyone have ideas as to what I can do to reduce the drain on the car?
BTW the car is a 5speed. Thanks in advance.
