This is one of those stupid questions

I got talking with this guy, at this place, with the thing.... but anyway, he says his car dynos at 435rwhp with "no cool down"... what does that mean?

Does that mean that they aren't cooling the car while its dynoed. So he could actually be putting more RWHP to the ground if the car was cooled (by air from the road at speed). This is my guestimation, i dont know what hes talking about though. Just wondering...

he probably means that they made a run, then ran it again right after. My car picked up 14rwhp and 13rwtq just by letting it cool down.

if hes running forced induction he may be talking about icing down his blower, i know a guy that got something crazy like 20 or 30 hp on a dyno by icing his s/c but i might be way off

just means he did a dyno run and didnt let his car "cool down" after the previous dyno run. the hotter a cars engine is the less horsepower it will have in most cases.
