That's a terrible man, I would lose it too if that happened to mine. I remember all the trouble you had with this car, getting a whole new engine, etc. and can imagine that you were very attached after that. At least you're ok and your case is stacking in your favor. Silver lining: no one was killed, you, the dumbass that hit you, nor any innocent bystander. Good luck with the search, and take a strong position with the adjusters.

SUE THAT ***** glad your ok though that is the most important thing. A care is replaceable your life is not, so what's the deal with your insurance on this situation?

I am literally ON FIRE after reading this. Make sure and rain down on him with every single f***ing piece of legal power you can. I hope he has to eat ramen noodles and tap water for the rest of his life for leaving you alone to fry with a busted ride. GRRRRRRRRR

First and foremost, glad you're alive and not seriously injured. As much as I know it hurts to lose your car, it can be replaced, YOU can't.

Good luck with everything, hope this guy gets his. Look at the silver lining: all those memories and good times you had with your old car, you get to do all over again with a new car!

Again, good luck!

You may wanna pay the doc a visit. I've heard of people developing neck pain that wasn't there right after the accident. Good luck with that

i'm really sorry to hear man, what trucking company is it?

My family has a line of trucks, but, us and all our drivers have clean records. Its really unfortunate this happened to you. A lot of 18 wheel drivers i know are really safe since we know the destruction it can cause. I'm sure the truckers insurance company will handle you fine. The usually liability insurance must be a 1 Million. So expect a handsome compensation.

Glad to hear you are ok. That is a very serious accident. With witnesses knowing where the person works and who was driving, they won't be free for long. Hit and run is a very serious offence. I'm confident they will be caught quickly.

Very sad to see this Georgio It sucks about the car, especially with how much you put into it, but the most important thing is that you are OK....

Good luck...

Hit and run is a felony. The truck driver could do time behind bars. Even if he doesn't, odds are good that he'll be very poor for the next few years, paying you back for the accident.

My brother rearended someone in traffic about a year and a half ago. It was a 3 car accident and my brother was the third car (second car hit the first car, then my brother hit the second car). Anyways, the woman in the first car had an SUV that didn't suffer much damage. She complained of neck pain and went after my brothers insurance company for compensation. The insurance company settled last month for $75,000!!!!!!!! Get yourself to a doctor and find a good lawyer. Neck pain sucks and as stated earlier it can appear sometime in the future without warning.
