I have a 65 mustang with a 289. I would like to put a 302 roller engine in. Also it needs new suspension. I would like to have disks all around. I have about 6k to do all this and hopefully much more. will you give me you opinions on what I should do. Any help is Appreciated

Sounds to me like you already have a plan. Go for it. The 5.0 with a few minor differences is pretty much a bolt in. If you want discs and new suspension, that's the best way to go about it, do it all at one time ( the front anyway)
Then there's the old Granada/Monarch/ Versailles front and rear disc swap too. Roller 5.0's can be found in the 87-up full size cars and pickups, also the T-birds and Cougars, lincolns, etc. They're not just a Stang thing.
