I don't know...it looks almost too glossy for powder coat. maybe just a real good paint job...but that Trick Flow intake sure is purty

I spent about $600 on that bling including labor and extra coolant.

I like how it's enclosed too and still breathes air in from the fender without tucking the air filter in there. You can also screw off the top cover to reach the filter easily to clean.
